The MINDSMATTER assessment tool does not collect any personal information. The information collected is limited to a user’s first and last name, work telephone number, work email address, title, organization name, organization size, and the industry within which the organization operates. The results of your MINDSMATTER assessment will remain confidential, but may be reported on in aggregate. Registration information will not be shared publically beyond your organization being recognized as a participant.
